Welcome to Hollow Bone Healing

I've been learning and practicing Energy Work, Plant Medicine Ceremonies, and other Shamanic work such as creating Sacred Space for 3 years. I've offered my services to a wide audience from Music Festivals to small circle gatherings and spoke at ceremonies others were facilitating. 

The main factor that creates such a powerful, expansive, inner experience is my pure intention. Not just the intention for healing but the intention for the healing of all involved, for when we look through the lens of the whole picture, we align ourselves with the unique medicine we came to share. Another way in which I use my intention is to connect with my ancestors and great medicine lineages for guidance, allowing their wisdom to flow through me like a hollow bone. I am not here to fix anyone, I may only heal myself through the same modalities of energy work, going deep within myself, letting go of anything that does not serve my higher purpose and to unravel the stories I may have created through limiting thoughts and beliefs. Breathwork is the baseline of all my practices, as well as healthy diet, nurturing self-dialogue, meditation, connecting with Pachamama, and stepping outside of linear time. A lot of my wisdom is shared through Pachamama, whether that's from spiders, or birds, or talking to the trees and plants all around, I step outside to step outside of time and listen to her soft words.
